Bridges over burn at Sand End - A.MacDonald said that the council had been on the verge of making an agreement to take over responsibility of the first two bridges. He said that he would go back to the council and find out at what point did the discussion fail.

3/VILLAGE OFFICER UPDATES

Comments made included: caravans in council house front gardens, rubbish building up - obviously council not made aware of the "Bulky uplift" items and dog litter becoming a problem again. Due to the contractor involved in the new sewage treatment plant not restoring the grass to its original state, mowing could be a problem. Sign for Olrig hill to be put in place.
